Volunteers

Do you like strategic planning and thinking in groups? Do you believe in building community while empowering young people to be leaders? If so, we welcome you to join one or more of our volunteer committees.

Which of the following committees spark your interest? Once you send us an email, we will arrange a time to meet and discuss details over pizza with everyone. As volunteers, the amount of time that you offer to commit to helping is completely up to you. Meetings will be on weekday evenings, approximately 1 every 6 weeks. The day we choose to meet will depend on your availability.

• Talent Committee - develop processes for recruitment of Agents and Leadership Coaches, plan reunions, and develop support systems for our alumni base.
• Events Committee- create silent auction items and guest list for our big 5-Year Birthday Bash in July, as well as strategize on building the guest list and program content for our Agents of Change Breakfast Benefit on April 14. The planning committee will have free admission at the events.
• Partnership Committee - suggest leads for partnerships such as internships, community service days, participation from companies in our First Annual AOC Kickball Tournament, and more.
